SMS Terms & Conditions (10DLC / A2P Compliant)
By consenting to receive text messages from Cave City Tourism Commission, you agree to the following terms:
- Program Description: Cave City Tourism Commission provides informational SMS notifications including requested visitor guide shipments, trip planning confirmations, event schedule alerts, customer support inquiries, and tourism updates for Cave City and Mammoth Cave area visitors.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your user-initiated inquiries, event registrations, or trip planning requests.
- Cost: Standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan. Cave City Tourism Commission charges no additional fee.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message received from us. You will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be delivered.
- Customer Support: For assistance, text HELP to any message received from us, or contact our Welcome Center staff directly at (270) 773-8833 or cavecitymarketing@gmail.com.
- Carrier Non-Liability: Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.

The information provided on this website regarding local attractions, cave systems, hours of operation, lodging, and dining establishments is gathered for visitor convenience. Cave City Tourism Commission strives for accuracy but makes no warranties regarding pricing, tour schedules, or availability of third-party commercial operators or National Park Service tours.
Cave tour bookings at Mammoth Cave National Park are managed separately by the National Park Service via Recreation.gov.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, photography, graphics, and design elements featured on this website are the property of Cave City Tourism Commission or their respective owners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cave City Tourism Commission, its officers, or employees be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or participation in recreational activities operated by independent businesses.
